The Unravelling Adelaide Hills is a mid-week fully inclusive nature based retreat. During this retreat you can immerse yourself in a natural environment and learn from the best instructors that will guide you through yoga, meditation, movement medicine and experiential workshops over 2 days to connect with your inner self.

The unravelling is designed for busy people that know that mindfulness practices can have positive effects on their lives, but have not been able to master any regular mindfulness practice for various reasons.

Learn about the science of mindfulness and how to implement the practice to maximise your potential in work and life. Gift yourself this retreat to create life changing habits that are simple and will transform your work and personal life as you become more resilient, better at managing change and able to grow through life challenges.

Take time out for yourself to be in the moment and to unwind from the stress, pressures and expectations of modern day life.
You will leave feeling relaxed, connected to yourself and with strategies of how to incorporate these practices into your life.

Daniela Lüthi is a certified senior yoga instructor from Switzerland. She has been running a yoga school in Zurich and has been leading retreats across Europe and India for the past 18 years. The Unravelling will be Daniela’s first time leading a retreat in Australia.
Daniela has been training in Movement Medicine since 2013, and she completed the teacher’s training in February 2019. Movement Medicine is a movement meditation practice that is influenced by shamanism. The intention of movement medicine is to create an embodied connection to the world. Physical, artistic, spiritual and therapeutic practices are incorporated in Movement Medicine. Attendees will be able to experience both a movement medicine session and a yoga session with Daniela.

Emma Wallace is the founder of The Zen Room – Meditation Studio. The Zen Room is the first of its kind in Australia. It was founded with the intention to support and contribute a sense of mindfulness, peace and joy in the busy CBD community that surrounds.
For over 25 years Emma has owned and operated numerous schools across Australia. She has been involved in both dance and choreography as well as movement and meditation for all of her life. Her success in owning schools in Australia has taken her around the globe, as she has been invited to teach at many schools worldwide. These experiences have allowed Emma to have a deep understanding of the importance of the mind and body connection.

Dianne Pepicelli is an experienced trainer, counsellor and a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor. After years of working in her own business and for others in the corporate world, Dianne now specialises in facilitating workshops that create pathways for people to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
Dianne facilitates experiential workshops focusing on the connection between mindfulness and good mental health. Attendees will participate in a daily session using action methods to develop a self-awareness of their patterns and the barriers to implementing mindfulness practices into their daily lives.

The Unravelling will take place at The Manor Basketrange, which is a breath-taking private country estate featuring a historic stonewalled castle, rambling gardens and water features.
Located under 30 mins from the CBD, The Manor Basket Range really is a world away from the City.
The Manor Basket Range boasts 12 beautifully refurbished townhouse style rooms, all with kitchenettes, separate living area, balconies and each with an upper story bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom.
