Optional Beverage Package: $50pp (7.30pm to midnight)

All guests on your table need to book the beverage package.
Choice of:  Fleur de lys Sparkling, Shaw & Smith Sauvignon Blanc, Fat bastard Pinot Noir, Mothers milk, first drop Shiraz, Cascade Premium Light, Great Northern Mid, Pure Blonde, Corona, Strongbow Cider and soft drinks.

Wharf One Food & Wine - Outdoor Festival

Reserved table for the night on the alfresco,
3 course meal (food station)
Cash bar facilities 

Reservations from 6pm. On the night you will receive vouchers. When you are hungry, exchange your vouchers at the food station in the alfresco for your meal. No table service, outdoor festival theme (disposable plates/glass wear/cutlery).

Entrée – choice of:

• Charcuterie, cured meats, pickles, house made bread
• Caprese salad with Buffalo mozzarella, rocket, olives, virgin olive oil

Main – choice of:

• Grilled chicken Robata with Teriyaki sauce (gf)
• Coconut flavoured Jew fish wrapped in banana leaf (gf)
• BBQ pork ribs with bourbon glaze (gf)
• Vegetable tempura with wasabi mayonnaise 

Sides - Choice of 

• Vegetable stir fried rice (gf)
• Fries

Dessert
New York Cheesecake with blueberry topping

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To reserve a table, we do require full payment at the time of booking. No tentative bookings will be held without this payment. No refund is available if you cancel on or after the 28 December 2018.   

• All menu selections are subject to availability of produce and we reserve the right to vary menu items at any time prior to the event.
• Tickets are limited and may not be available for purchase on the night if the event is sold out.
• BYO food or drink will not be allowed.
• In the likelihood of wet weather, the night event will continue to operate as per normal, no refunds will be issued unless cancelled by management. 
• Table allocations / configurations will be at the discretion of management. There will be a limited number of varying table sizes including tables for 2 guests and higher.  We only have a small number of high chairs available, therefore are unable to guarantee any requests. All tables and high chairs will be sold on a “first in, first served basis”.  
• Any dietary requirements must be made in writing to functions@wharfone.com.au by 28 December at the latest for us to be able to accommodate.
• Requests - we can not guarantee that your request will be delivered, however we will attempt.
• Wharf One Food & Wine practices Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Wharf One Food & Wine will take all necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of your property prior to, during and after the NYE 2018 event. You will be financially responsible for any loss or damage caused by you to the building(s), furniture, fittings, and any equipment.
• 15% service fee applies for any charges occuring on the day of event, due to public holiday rates.
