Just outside of Tamworth NSW, beyond a river, lies a place which holds a deep meaning in the hearts of Australian country music songwriters. Earlier this year, Kelly Brouhaha, Rose Zita Falko and Andrew Thomson met on a sheep station called The DAG where each July established musicians pass on their craft to the next generation, but this January will see these three emerging artists take that magic from the DAG along Australia’s East Coast.

This combination of talented artists will lift your spirits as each play to their unique strengths. Country Blues artist Kelly Brouhaha’s uplifting music is more than a simple band-aid to the blues. The South Australian artist spreads an infectious positivity with her comedic sensibility and soul inspired roots tunes, fresh from opening in 2017 for Cat Stevens, Stevie Nicks and Beccy Cole.

Victoria’s Rose Zita Falko’s music is fuelled by a love of story telling, her songs reflect an understanding of ‘lifescapes’ of both city and country. Her music has been tagged as ‘western noir’ with an added description of Americana rawness meets sophisticated jazz and soul tones. 2018 will see the release of her debut EP.

From Queensland, Thomson brings an enthralling voice well beyond his years with a style crafted in the realms of bluegrass, Americana and alt country. His debut EP “We are Wolves”, produced by Matt Fell enjoyed success in 2017 reaching #1 on the iTunes country music charts.

This tour comes with its own unique character, featuring the work of all 3 artists, as well as sharing their recent collaborative efforts. There will be heartfelt stories, masterful harmonies and grooving guitar riffs along with a camaraderie that’s created when talented musicians come together.
