If in the event government-directed COVID-19 closures are required or a reintroduction of restrictions is deemed necessary; or a ticket holder is deemed a close contact or has contracted COVID ticket holders will receive a gift voucher, redeemable for use across the hotel including accommodation, food & beverage and Lincoln Cellars. These vouchers will be redeemable for 12 months.
