The weekend will consist of a series of workshops conducted by Lisa and Lynda who are both Life and Wellness coaches.  You will be gently guided with space, activities, pampering and beautiful, healthy food to discover yourself in a deeper way.  You will be equipped and inspired to know what it takes to just BE and also what it is that you want to BE in all areas of your life.
