Youth Mental Health First Aid - Blended (online and face-to-face)

Come along to Youth Mental Health First Aid training where you’ll learn:

• The difference between normal adolescent development and a developing mental health problem
• How to have open conversations with young people
• Signs and symptoms of possible mental health problems
• Where to seek further help.

This Blended Youth Mental Health First Aid course will combine some online learning and face to face learning.

The face to face training will be held over a full day session on Friday 23 August 2024. 

Participants will also need to complete 3-4 hours of self-paced online learning.

Details of accessing the online component of the course will be emailed to participants after booking.

Participants will receive take-home resources and lunch will be provided.
