Somatic Lab: The evening will be structured as somatic lab, to enable time and space to explore, then reflect and share our discoveries. We'll also explore what these discoveries mean for us - not only in our personal lives, but in our therapeutic work too.

About BMC

BMC is an experiential study that expands our capacity for fully lived lives by expanding our capacity for embodiment and movement possibility. BMC goes directly to the systems, structures, tissues and cells that make us who we are, then revisits the early developmental movement patterns, primitive reflexes and reactions that underlie all of our adult movement and interaction. BMC returns us to our hurried, bypassed or unintegrated movement patterns, inspiring re-education and refinement of movement and consciousness.

Our work with BMC is unbound by time.

We re-experience vast journeys from a single cell into sensing moving beings.

In the moment we listen with our whole bodies and share discoveries through movement, touch and dialogue.

BMC's process of embodiment gives rise to delicious moments of whole-body integration. Lightness, ease, three-dimensionality, soft power, infinite stillness.

Wonder and revelation come from new interior landscapes and altered states of consciousness, time and space - when body becomes a place of interest intrigue and appreciation.

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Participants may cancel any workshop up to 2 weeks before the event for a full refund, less booking processing fees.

Cancellations within two weeks of the workshop date are non-refundable, but participants may transfer the entire fee, one time, to another event within one year from the date of the cancellation.

If an event or workshop is cancelled Humans Becoming will undertake reasonable measures to notify attendees of the cancellation and will provide refunds of the workshop price paid to booking holders. Purchasers are required to supply correct and current contact details in case of cancellation.
