Caring for a person living with a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) can often be challenging and overwhelming. Meeting with other Carers who share your experience can be reassuring and informative.
The Outer Eastern BPD Carers Peer Support Group invite you to hear from Guest speaker Jen Thompson (Psychotherapist at Yarra Valley Holistic Health) to learn why setting boundaries is a form of self-care especially for Carers who care for a person diagnosed with BPD.
Join this workshop to learn how setting boundaries can improve your relationship and help to build trust, safety and respect.
