We know that at community sporting clubs, there can be a select few that ‘do it all’. We also know there are people out there willing to help out in a small way but may not be able to commit to a committee role, or are put off by the idea of having to do too much and/or donate too much time to the cause.

At this interactive workshop we’ll focus on ways to recruit, retain and reward volunteers within clubs, and will also work through practical ways to spread the load among all club members. We’ll identifying key tasks that are currently being undertaken at your club, and will work through ways to delegate these to other club members
