The Coopers Blue Water Classic is back and it’s better than ever!

The best fishing competition in the Northern Territory and the only Blue Water one, will continue to feature new rules this year, which hopefully will allow more teams to win in the three different boat categories, as well as a very enticing prize pool.

Being a family event, all are encouraged to have a go and participate in what has proven to be a fun filled exciting event for the whole family!

BOAT CATEGORIES:

• Cat 1: Boats over 6.00m
• Cat 2: Boats between 5.500m to 5.999m
• Cat 3: Boats under 5.499m

KEY DATES:

• BRIEFING NIGHT: Wednesday 2 October, 7pm
• COMPETITION DATES: 4-6 October
• WEIGH-IN: Sunday 6 October, 2-6pm
• PRESENTATION NIGHT: Saturday 12 October, 6.30pm

FEES:

• $180* per person
  • *includes 2019/20 DTBC Membership
  • *includes a Big Fish Fishing Shirt
  • *includes a Big Fish Fishing Hat
  • *includes a Buffet Dinner for two at the Presentation Night
  • *includes a chance to win from a $40,000 Prize Pool, plus of course glory & fame

• 2019 GRAND SLAM $15,000
  • Included in the Total Prize Pool. Any competitor or team who can catch all 15 fish species as detailed in the 2019 Coopers Blue Water Classic Competition Rules are eligible to be part of the competition, excludes Sailfish & Marlin.
