David Drury Organ Workshop

Christ Church Cathedral presents a unique opportunity to play the magnificent Christ Church organ, under the guidance of internationally-acclaimed organist, David Drury. Organist-in-Residence at Christ Church Cathedral, David has performed on many of the world’s great organs, and makes regular appearance with ensembles such as the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and the Sydney Philharmonia Choir. David’s skills as a church organist inspire all who hear him.

This hands-on workshop will focus on skills of immense value to all church organists: Hymn playing, choosing registrations, and improvisation

The workshop is open to anyone: no audition is required, but booking is essential.
