For the early birds, please arrive by 6.30am for Tai Chi Qi Gong with fun loving and inspirational Program Manager Jaye Hoelscher. Feel the grounding benefits of this beautiful moving meditation and be centred physically and mentally for your day ahead.

On arrival enjoy a healthy juice with a shot of cucumber, ginger, honey and coconut water while you mingle with like-minded Golden Door guests. Our deliciously healthy breakfast, inspired by our iconic and talented Executive Chef of 19 years, David Hunter will leave you feeling nourished and energised. David will be there to enlighten everyone (Scottish accent and all) on his top healthy breakfast tips.

Our guest speaker is internationally bestselling author and writing mentor Joanne Fedler. Joanne’s topic ‘Sustenance in a Busy Life’ was so well received in Sydney we just had to get her back again. In this insightful talk she shares her journey of sustenance through a period of emptiness and grief, and how she overcame these hurdles to re-embrace the richness of her life. Her delivery will give us some tools to draw on and to fill us up with purpose, creativity and joy so that the ordinary moments in our lives make us feel fulfilled. Joanne is a remarkable speaker sharing insightful information that enriches people’s lives. She is engaging, has a great sense of humour and is authentic and enthusiastic in her delivery.
