Gymnastics helps develop skills such as core strength, balance, coordination and flexibility which can be beneficial in just about any sport. These core skills can assist with developing a wide range of skills and can pave the way for success in a variety of sports. 

Gymnastics Queensland's annual Congress kicks off in January. Congress features a series of valuable workshops and courses for all sporting professionals. 

Tickets are available for half, one, two or three days.
