Miss Burlesque SA showcases the best in local talent as performers battle it out for the title of Miss Burlesque South Australia 2016. The 8 competitors applied and were accepted to compete in this State Final of the nation competition Miss Burlesque Australia. Each competitor will be introduced in a Red Carpet section and then they will each perform a Classic (pre-1965 themed) and a Neo (post-1965-modern themed) routine and the top 5 after that will perform a Unique routine. 

The winner of Miss Burlesque SA will actively use her title to promote a better community and awareness of Burlesque in South Australia and interstate. Personality, performance, skill and presentation all form key parts of winning the competition.

Our winner will receive $1000.- in prize money, a high-quality crystal-encrusted crown and a satin sash with her title. She will also go on to the National Grand Final to represent South Australia and compete for the prestigious title of Miss Burlesque Australia 2016!  

Each competitor is required to raise funds for a charity, chosen by the group, and this year we are proud to support MIFSA - Mental Illness Fellowship of South Australia.
This year's highest fundraiser will receive the major prize pack, comprised of much-coveted prizes, donated by our sponsors (http://www.peachesngin.com/#!the-2016-sponsors/ww1....
