After two years of being unable to gather due to Covid, our community in Melbourne is very pleased to invite you to come together with other bereaved families to Walk in memory of our little ones gone far too soon. Join us at the beautiful Treasury Gardens for a beautiful opportunity to love and connect, to honour and remember.  Register from 10.15am for an 11am start.

The Walk to Remember is a long-running annual event in the Sands, and now Red Nose, community. The formal remembrance service includes readings and reflections from local bereaved families, an opportunity for guests to publicly share the name of the little one/s they are remembering , a shared time of reflection and remembrance in our Pinwheel Ceremony and of course the symbolic Walk to Remember itself - taking the footsteps our babies could not.

The Walk to Remember is a tradition that is linked to Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day/Month. We invite all bereaved Red Nose families to come along and remember their little ones, recognising that we have all experienced loss and that all our babies and children have missed out on very important steps with their families.

Each adult or child ticket includes one pinwheel. Pinwheels are not suitable for children under 3, so please select the ticket option reflecting this.

We encourage families to bring cash with them on the day as there will be opportunities for cookie decorating, face painting, flag decorating and a sausage sizzle.
