Find your new way to move across Knox
These classes will be conducted via Zoom
An opportunity for Carers to connect with other carers and exercise at the same time.
Participants must be providing unpaid care to a person living with a Disability or Mental health concern. and live, work or play in Knox City Council.
Wear comfy loose clothing.
Beginners are welcomed, participants are advised to speak with their GP before starting a new exercise program.
This activity is hosted by Knox City Council
We welcome and encourage everyone to view the range of activities on offer for Move Your Way to determine what would suit their needs and abilities.
