A Soundbath Meditation with Heather Frahn is a deeply relaxing + restorative experience using sound + music to therapeutically enhance the wellness of mind, body + spirit.

Like a “sonic hug” that gently wraps around you, Heather seamlessly weaves her soulful vocals with therapeutic sound instruments including symphonic gong, singing bowls, zen flute, and gentle percussion - creating a truly beautiful + immersive sound journey.

Following the Soundbath a light snack and tea will be available until 5:45pm approx.

Please BYO: 

This session is best experienced laying down. It is important to bring your own yoga mats, blankets, and pillows/cushions for your ultimate comfort in laying for an extended period of time. Please bring what you need to be warm, cosy and comfortable. A chair can be provided if you are unable to lay down - please contact us prior to arrange this.

Duty of Care & Contraindications:

PLEASE READ - Sound Therapy Healing modalities are generally suitable for almost everyone, however, if you are diagnosed with any of the following health conditions, a group Soundbath Meditation or Sound Healing treatment may not be suitable for you without written informed consent from you and/or your medical professional:

• Epileptic seizures that are sound-triggered; 
• Any other seizures that are sound-triggered; 
• Mental health conditions including extreme paranoia, paranoid schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, advanced psychosis; 
• If you are less than 3 months pregnant, and in your first trimester - (there is no evidence to suggest that Sound Therapy may harm an unborn child - this point is because Australian Professional Indemnity Insurance policy laws stipulate this clause).

By proceeding to book in for this event it is assumed you have read and understood these above contraindications, and that you confirm your participation in this event is suitable for you.
