The Confidence Collective workshops are designed to help you look amazing and feel incredible. The Collective's message is that beauty is not only skin deep, it comes from within as well. The workshop will help you understand that the combination of internal positive mindset and exernal beauty creates incredible confidence!

We will show you expert tips on how to apply makeup to give you that radiant, fresh look that allows your gorgeous face to shine through. We know that you don’t need all of those layers so our technique will show you how to maximise your natural features so you leave positively glowing.

We will then teach you some amazing tips on how to be more confident and share with you our secrets that have helped our clients gain more confidence in their lives. Whether you want more confidence at work, in a relationship, in social circles or just want to improve your self-esteem, The Confidence Collective will guide you through some techniques to help get rid of some of those limiting beliefs and bring out your inner sparkle.

The Confidence Collective was created by life designer Lauren Devine and makeup artist Rebecca Lawson on a gorgeous sun drenched afternoon over espresso martinis.

Both Lauren and Bec shared a passion for inspiring women to let their authentic selves shine bright and knew that their passions could be combined to create a collective tribe of confident women who shine on the inside, and radiate on the outside. We are on a mission to grow the collective; empowering women to embrace their uniqueness, share their stories and promote self-love to others. We dream of a day where women run the world and unite to create positive change.
